Curbside Pick-Up

STEP 1

Continue to place your holds as usual: online at tracpac.ab.ca, through the free TRACpac mobile app, by emailing rockyford.library@marigold.ab.ca, or by phoning 403-533-3964. 

(Note: Due to material quarantine procedures, wait times for holds may be longer than usual.)

STEP 2

Come to the library during our regular hours and call us at 403-533-3964 when you are parked outside of the north entrance to the community centre. Or you can ring the bell for library staff to bring your items out. 

Staff will deliver your items to you. 

STEP 3

RETURNING ITEMS

Due dates remain the same. Please remember that we quarantine all returned items, and they are not checked in until the following week. During the quarantine period, you will notice that your items remain outstanding on your account, and you may receive reminders to return them.

You can return books through the book drop located by the doors at the north entrance to the community centre at any time. Please do not use the book drop for DVDs and other delicate items but return them directly to library staff during operating hours.
